Setting up your billing account with Coast IT is straightforward and quick. By registering in the Client Zone, you can easily manage orders, view invoices, and keep track of your billing details. Follow these steps to set up your billing account and order your first product:
1. Register in the Client Zone
Visit the Coast IT website and navigate to the Client Zone. Click on “Register” to create a new account. You’ll be prompted to provide essential information, such as your name, email address, and contact details. Once you complete the registration form, submit it to create your account.
2. Verify Your Account
After registering, you may receive a verification email. Check your inbox and click the link provided to verify your account. This step helps ensure the security of your billing information and enables you to access all features within the Client Zone.
3. Log into the Client Zone
Once your account is verified, log into the Client Zone using your email and password. This will take you to your personal dashboard, where you can view available products, manage your account details, and access billing information.
4. Order a Product
In the Client Zone dashboard, browse the available products and services. Select the product you want to order, such as hosting, domain registration, or website design. Follow the prompts to customize your order if applicable, then add the product to your cart.
5. Complete the Checkout Process
Review your order and proceed to checkout. You’ll see the total cost and can choose your payment method. At this stage, you’ll also be informed of the 60% deposit requirement, which must be paid upfront before any work begins.
6. Confirm Your Order
After completing payment, you’ll receive a confirmation email with details of your order. Coast IT will begin processing your request, and you’ll be able to track the progress of your services through the Client Zone.
