How to View and Download Invoices

Coast IT makes it easy to access, review, and download your invoices through the Client Zone. Follow these steps to view and download your invoices at any time:

1. Log into the Client Zone
Visit the Coast IT website and click on the Client Zone link. Log in using your email address and password to access your account dashboard.

2. Navigate to the Billing Section
Once logged in, locate the “Billing” or “Invoices” section on the dashboard. This section contains all of your billing records, including current and past invoices for services you’ve purchased from Coast IT.

3. View Your Invoices
In the Billing section, you’ll see a list of all invoices associated with your account, along with the invoice number, date, and status (e.g., Paid, Unpaid, Overdue). Click on the invoice you wish to view to open it in detail. Here, you can review each itemized charge, payment status, and the total amount due.

4. Download a Copy of the Invoice
To download your invoice, look for a “Download” or “PDF” button on the invoice page. Click this button to save a copy of the invoice as a PDF file on your device. Having a downloadable version makes it easy to keep records for your financial tracking or tax purposes.

5. Print Your Invoice (Optional)
If you need a hard copy, you can print the downloaded PDF. Simply open the PDF file and select “Print” from your PDF viewer’s menu. Printing invoices can be useful for physical record-keeping.

Accessing Past Invoices
The Client Zone keeps a record of all past invoices, allowing you to review your entire billing history with Coast IT. This feature helps you keep track of payments and provides an organized view of all services you’ve ordered over time.
