Requesting a Billing Statement

If you need a detailed billing statement for your records, Coast IT provides several convenient options for obtaining one. Here’s how you can request a billing statement:

1. Through the Client Zone
Log into the Client Zone on the Coast IT website. In your account dashboard, navigate to the “Billing” section, where you can view and download billing statements. This is the quickest way to access and manage your billing records at any time.

2. By Email
You can request a billing statement by sending an email to our billing team at billing@coastit.co.za. Please include your account details in the email to help us locate your information quickly. Our team will respond with your billing statement as soon as possible.

3. By Phone
If you prefer to speak with someone directly, you can call our billing support team at 0875500204. A representative will assist you in requesting and receiving your billing statement.
