3. Submitting a Support Ticket in the Client Zone
For non-urgent issues or detailed requests, you can log a support ticket directly in the Client Zone. This method allows you to track the status of your request and communicate with our support team as they work on resolving your issue.
How to Submit a Ticket:
- Log into the Client Zone using your email and password.
- Navigate to the Support section and select Open Ticket.
- Choose the category that best fits your issue (e.g., Billing, Technical Support).
- Fill out the form with a detailed description of your problem, including any relevant screenshots or attachments.
- Click Submit to create your ticket.
Once submitted, you’ll be able to view the progress of your ticket, respond to any follow-up questions, and receive notifications when there are updates.
When to Use Each Support Method
