Here’s how to access your invoices and payment history:
1. Log into the Client Zone
Go to the Coast IT website and click on the Client Zone link. Log in using your email and password to access your account dashboard.
2. Navigate to the Billing Section
In the Client Zone dashboard, locate the “Billing” or “Invoices” section. This is where all your financial information is stored, including past invoices and details of payments made.
3. Viewing Your Invoices
In the Billing section, you’ll see a list of all invoices associated with your account. Each invoice entry includes the invoice number, issue date, due date, and status (e.g., Paid, Unpaid, Overdue). Click on any invoice to view the full details, including an itemized breakdown of services and charges.
4. Downloading and Printing Invoices
If you need a copy of an invoice for your records, click the “Download” or “PDF” button to save it as a PDF file. You can also print the downloaded PDF if you require a hard copy. Having a copy of each invoice helps with tracking expenses and managing financial records.
5. Checking Payment History
The Billing section also displays a summary of your payment history, showing payments that have been made on your account, including the date, amount, and method of payment. This overview helps you verify past payments and stay up-to-date on your account status.
6. Verifying Outstanding Balances
If you have any outstanding balances, these will be clearly marked in the Billing section. Reviewing your payment history regularly ensures you stay on top of any due or overdue amounts, avoiding late fees or interruptions in service.
