Getting Started with the Client Zone

The Client Zone is your central hub for managing all of your Coast IT services. From tracking orders and viewing invoices to accessing support and managing account details, the Client Zone makes it easy to stay on top of your services. Here’s how to get started:

1. Register or Log In
To access the Client Zone, you’ll first need to register or log in. Visit the Coast IT website, click on the Client Zone link, and follow the prompts:

  • New Users: Click “Register” to create an account. Fill in your details, including your email, password, and contact information.
  • Existing Users: Enter your email and password to log in.

2. Access Your Dashboard
Once logged in, you’ll be taken to your dashboard, which provides an overview of your account. Here, you can quickly access recent invoices, view active services, and manage your account settings.

3. Viewing and Managing Services
In the “Services” section, you’ll find a list of all the services you have with Coast IT. Here you can:

  • View details about each service, including start dates, renewal dates, and status.
  • Request upgrades or add-ons, if applicable, to enhance your services.

4. Managing Billing and Payments
The “Billing” section allows you to view and download invoices, track payment history, and update your payment information. You can:

  • Check the status of invoices, including whether they’re paid, unpaid, or overdue.
  • Access a summary of past payments and download PDF copies of invoices for record-keeping.

5. Logging a Support Ticket
For any questions or issues, the Client Zone provides a simple way to contact our support team. Navigate to the “Support” or “Tickets” section to:

  • Submit a new support ticket by describing your issue or question in detail.
  • Track the status of your open tickets and review responses from our support team.

6. Updating Account Details
Keep your contact information up-to-date by visiting the “Account Settings” section. Here, you can:

  • Update your email, phone number, and other contact details.
  • Change your password to ensure account security.
