How to Update Your Profile Information

Keeping your profile information current ensures you receive important updates, billing notifications, and service reminders from Coast IT. Follow these steps to update your contact details, email, and other profile information in the Client Zone:

1. Log into the Client Zone
Visit the Coast IT website and click on the Client Zone link. Log in using your email address and password to access your account.

2. Navigate to Account Settings
Once logged in, locate the “Account Settings” or “Profile” section on your dashboard. This is where you can view and update your personal information.

3. Edit Your Profile Information
In the Account Settings section, you’ll see various fields containing your current information, such as your name, email address, phone number, and mailing address. To make updates:

  • Click on the field you wish to edit and enter the new information.
  • Double-check your entries to ensure accuracy, as this information will be used for important communications.

4. Save Your Changes
After updating your details, click the “Save” or “Update” button to confirm the changes. You should see a confirmation message indicating that your profile has been updated successfully.

5. Updating Your Password (Optional)
If you need to change your password for security purposes, navigate to the “Security” or “Password” section within Account Settings. Enter your current password, followed by the new password, and save the changes. Choose a strong password to protect your account.

6. Verify Your Updated Information
After saving, you may want to log out and log back in to ensure that all changes have been applied correctly. This step helps confirm that your updated contact details are now active.
