Managing Notifications and Alerts

The Client Zone allows you to customize notifications and alerts to stay updated on important information related to your Coast IT account. You can manage which alerts you receive about billing, support, and service updates. Here’s how to set up and manage your notifications:

1. Log into the Client Zone
Visit the Coast IT website and log into the Client Zone with your email and password.

2. Navigate to Notification Settings
In your dashboard, find the “Notification Settings” or “Preferences” section. This is where you can customize the types of notifications you receive from Coast IT.

3. Choose Notification Types
In the Notification Settings area, you’ll see a list of notification categories. Select the types of alerts you want to receive:

  • Billing Alerts: Notifications about upcoming invoices, due dates, and overdue payments.
  • Service Updates: Alerts for service renewals, upgrades, and maintenance schedules.
  • Support Notifications: Updates about support tickets, including new responses and ticket resolution.

4. Set Your Preferred Delivery Method
Depending on your preferences, you can choose how you’d like to receive these alerts:

  • Email: Receive notifications directly in your email inbox.
  • In-App Notifications: View alerts directly in the Client Zone when you log in.

5. Save Your Preferences
After selecting your notification types and preferred delivery method, save your changes to update your settings. These preferences will be applied immediately, and you’ll start receiving notifications based on your choices.

6. Reviewing and Updating Notifications
You can return to the Notification Settings section at any time to review and adjust your preferences. Regularly updating your settings ensures that you receive relevant notifications and avoid unnecessary alerts.
