If you’ve forgotten your Client Zone password or simply want to update it for security reasons, Coast IT makes it easy to reset it. Follow these steps to regain access to your account quickly:
1. Go to the Client Zone Login Page
Visit the Coast IT website and navigate to the Client Zone login page.
2. Click on “Forgot Password?”
On the login page, you’ll see a “Forgot Password?” link below the login fields. Click this link to start the password reset process.
3. Enter Your Registered Email Address
You’ll be prompted to enter the email address associated with your Client Zone account. After entering your email, submit the form to receive password reset instructions.
4. Check Your Email for a Password Reset Link
Within a few minutes, you should receive an email from Coast IT with a password reset link. If you don’t see it, check your spam or junk folder. The email will include a secure link to reset your password.
5. Click the Link and Set a New Password
Click on the password reset link in the email, which will take you to a secure page where you can enter a new password. Choose a strong, unique password to help keep your account secure.
6. Confirm and Save Your New Password
After entering and confirming your new password, submit the form to save it. You’ll see a confirmation message indicating that your password has been successfully updated.
7. Log Back into the Client Zone
Return to the Client Zone login page, enter your email and new password, and access your account as usual.
Tips for Choosing a Strong Password
- Use a combination of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters.
- Avoid using easily guessed information like birthdays or common words.
- Consider using a password manager to securely store complex passwords.
